Feast Your Eyes on the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Menu

It’s our favorite time of the year! That’s right, it’s almost time to head to the Food & Wine Festival at Disney California Adventure in Disneyland Resort and live your dream of trying all the food your heart desires. This year’s festival starts on March 10 and runs through April 16, 2017 and it’s going to be a great one. The festival will include over a dozen marketplaces where food and beverage professionals will share their expertise with guests. Guests can learn cooking techniques, attend seminars, and of course experience the amazing cuisine the festival has to offer. There will also be celebrity chefs scheduled to appear including Guy Fieri, Robert Irvine, Cat Cora, Duff Goldman, Emily Ellyn, and Keegan Gerhard. Sign us up!

And now, without further ado, let us present to you the amazing food you’re about to try at Food & Wine 2017:

Location: Nuts About Cheese

  • Brie toast with fig and mint and roasted California almond crumble
  • Baked ham and Swiss cheese croque monsieur roll with smoked pistachios
  • Chèvre fromage blanc tartine infused with rosemary and honey, topped with toasted hazelnuts
  • Almond milk tea with pudding

  • Artichoke carbonara with garlic aioli and smoked bacon
  • Grilled and chilled artichoke hearts with Romesco sauce

In addition to these amazing cuisine options, many of the Food & Wine Festival events are included with admission to Disney California Adventure. In addition, guests can also purchase separate tickets at an additional fee for Signature Events like:

A 60-minute culinary demonstration, Q&A, and tasting session with a celebrity chef. Obviously we love celebrity chefs and can’t wait to see them in person.

Sweet Sundays

A 90-minute culinary demonstration with a guest chef including samples, a light breakfast, and a sparkling toast. Yes to all of these things!

Culinary Demonstrations

Multiple 30-minute culinary demonstrations presented by local, visiting, and Disney chefs, including a sample of the dish prepared. They had us a samples.
